And the winner is...

At this rate, the wingbots seem destined to nominate Karl Rove for the Nobel Peace Prize -- you can be sure the Nobel judges will weigh the Rove nomination against the prospect of the Third Armored Division blasting through downtown Stockholm looking for WMDs and Swedish dead-enders. But that doesn't mean we can't dream of Turd Blossom doing the perp walk. I can already imagine his mug shot.
Cornhusker blogger can dream can't he?
Have fun in Gomorah, er, NYC, Jonah. Your CCM is in relatively safe
hands...

what do you think of the news media all saying this is only an "inside the beltway" story? and do people outside the beltway, like in Kansas, even know what the beltway is? I think they are trying to marginalize the importance. will they succeed?

definitely trying to marginalize this one -- and recast it as a Democratic hissy fit. Whether this is now playing only within the beltway, it strikes me that the folks in Wichita, and Omaha, don't like lies and coverups in the White House very much, lies about hanky panky or worse.

Also trying to confused the issue by portraying it as a complex legal matter. At some level it probably is, esp. if Fitzgerald wants to come up w/ a charge that can work. But, the heart of the matter is that Rove was involved in passing confidential info to the media, regardless of where he got the info.
