The Confederacy (museum) shall rise again

From the Southern Strategy Department, post-Katrina division, we here at CCM bring you the latest news from the bondage-nostalgic Confederate Memorial Hall in New Orleans:
Memorial Hall is pleased to announce its official reopening on Saturday, January 7, 2006. Please try to attend and show your support. Although Hurricane Katrina has devastated parts of New Orleans and tourism, Memorial Hall must count its blessings. The museum suffered minimal damage compared to other historic buildings and its collection remains intact. Three new exhibits are scheduled to be completed for that date: an expanded Louisiana Native Guard display, a new Ben "Beast" Butler display, and a Civil War photography display. Following the reopening celebration, the museum's weekly hours will be limited-Thursdays through Saturdays from 10:00AM-4:00AM- until tourism returns.

...so the South gradually returns to its natural state-of-SNAFU.
