Suppose, for the sake of argument, that I told you that the Secretary of Defense of the United States lives on Kalorama Road NW at the corner of 23rd Street NW, across from the French Ambassador's residence.

If someone were to scurrilously suggest that, in the previous paragraph, I had told you where Donald Rumsfeld lives, Ken Mehlman would denounce that claim to the media since I never said "Donald Rumsfeld", right?
